Tiffany Singer
Children’s Ministry Director
River Oaks is fortunate to have Tiffany Singer as our Children’s Ministry Director. Tiffany is responsible for our Noah’s Ark (nursery) and Kids ROCC (elementary) areas.
Tiffany is a native of Winston-Salem. She attended Galveston College, Forsyth Tech, and Winston-Salem State. Tiffany married her high school sweetheart in 1991 and they have three children. Tiffany’s perfect weekend getaway would be sitting in the sun on the beach—any beach—reading a book.
