ROCC FIT is a metabolic conditioning and circuit-training workout, adjusted for ALL fitness levels, for both guys and gals! We meet in the ROCC Gym on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6 to 6:45 pm during the school year. The Fall 2017 Season begins on Tuesday, September 5. Check our calendar for all other dates. Bring your mat, water, towel, and dumbbells. Come work your muscles; both physical and spiritual!
