Led by certified instructor and Ju-Jitsu Master Black Belt (multiple times over), Tim Moss, Sr., ROCC Ju-Jitsu gives men, women, and older children an opportunity to practice the “gentle” martial art. Focused on grappling, lock, and throw techniques, ROCC Ju-Jitsu provides an intensive cardio workout, an opportunity to improve skills, and the demonstration of various self-defense moves. All experience levels are welcome, including beginners. Training begins with a light devotional, prayer, and a time of prescribed stretching. Ju Jitsu meets in the ROCC Gym on Tuesday evenings, from 6:45–8:30 pm during the school year. The Fall 2017 Season begins on Tuesday, September 5. Please check our calendar for all other dates. September 2017 will include four weeks of self defense instruction by certified instructors.
