By providing fresh alternatives to exercise initiatives, while also maintaining a purposed objective of spiritual growth, ROCC Faith & Fitness enables participants to achieve both their health and faith objectives. Translation: Exercise is of value, particularly when using our strength, endurance, mobility, and longevity to serve God’s kingdom. However, it’s value pales in comparison to our training in the Word and living it out in our daily life. A balanced perspective to our overall fitness.
